Indo-Pacific Advisory is pleased to announce that Becca Gould, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at American Tower Corporation (ATC) has joined the firm's board of Advisors.

At ATC, she leads the company’s global engagement with policymakers and industry groups.

Her distinguished career spans building and leading public policy functions at Fortune 500 companies and major industry associations, including Dell's Global Government Affairs and Public Policy team. She also served as the Vice President of Global Public Policy at the Business Software Alliance. Early in her career, she served as a Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce.

Throughout her journey, Becca has been at the forefront of the convergence between telecommunications, technology, and real estate, a space that defines much of our shared future. Her expertise in advancing policy initiatives that protect intellectual property, enhance security and privacy, and expand access to the connected world will be invaluable to IPA as we continue to grow and serve clients across the Indo-Pacific.

Beyond her professional achievements, Becca brings a spirit of entrepreneurship, a commitment to community, and a passion for mentorship that resonate deeply with IPA’s mission and values.
